Description
- Manage large-scale automation, expansion, and integration projects within European distribution centers, with an initial focus on Liège.
- Provide strong leadership and motivate cross-functional, international project teams.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Control project budgets and perform financial reporting and forecasting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate between multiple disciplines including engineering, IT, operations, construction, automation, …
- Act as the key escalation point across teams and ensure operational readiness through training, testing, start-up support, and optimization.
