Tax Accountant | Belgium

Yeda is an online education startup mentoring teens in Math, English, and mindset. We serve clients globally, with a particular focus on China and Israel. We’re looking for a Belgium-based reliable accountant to support both our growing BV and the founder’s personal tax affairs.

This is a freelance position to start, with the potential to evolve into an employee role as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Support the registration of our BV and ensure compliance with Belgian regulations
• Handle bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax filings
• Prepare annual accounts and financial statements
• Track revenue, expenses, bonuses, and freelance teacher payments
• Support financial planning and tax optimization
• Liaise with Belgian tax and social security authorities
• File the founder's Belgian personal tax returns
• Align personal / business income and deductible expenses
