About the role
We are looking for a visionary IT Director to lead our technology strategy and operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for driving technological innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and developing forward-thinking strategies to support our business objectives.
This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization while working with a talented team dedicated to technological excellence.
Key responsibilities
Strategic leadership & Digital transformation
- Define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals
- Lead enterprise-wide technology transformations and strategic initiatives
- Develop technological roadmaps and enterprise architecture to support business needs
- Establish and oversee annual IT plans, setting technology objectives and KPIs
Financial & operational management
Full responsibility for IT operatingOversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, and application managementOptimize IT processes to improve efficiency and productivityEnsure business continuityTechnology & Innovation management
Drive cloud migration initiatives and implement modern infrastructure solutionsLead digital transformation initiatives and modernization of legacy systemsOversee cybersecurity management and information risk governanceIdentify and implement emerging technologies to create competitive advantagesTeam leadership & People management

Develop and manage strategic vendor partnerships and relationshipsEnsure compliance with IT governance, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsReport on IT performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to leadershipProfile
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldMBA or other business-focused advanced degree highly preferredMinimum 10+ years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleDemonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformationsProven track record of successfully managing IT departments of significant size and complexityComprehensive experience in cybersecurity management and information risk governanceTrack record of successful large-scale project implementation and deliverySkills & Competencies
