You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in hard HR . Compensation & Benefits programs don’t hold many secrets for you.

You follow up on generic and specific reward questions and are up to speed on the changes in Belgian and European tax law & social regulations. You would enjoy being actively involved in taskforces on a variety of HR topics and, depending on your interests and growth path, play an important role in broader HR projects .
