FunctieomschrijvingYou have a Master of Science degree in (power) electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics, You have a first experience, You work with MS Office , any other software knowledge is a strong asset (Matlab, Simulink, Python, … ). Fluent in English, You have strong analytical skills, perseverance, autonomy as well as the ability to work as part of a team. Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills, Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge, A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities… A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances, OR a VIE contract, A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team !!

As a Power Electronics Design Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities :
- Explore innovative components for on-board chargers, DC-DC converters, and inverters,
- Contribute to development of a 48V motor inverter for new mobility vehicles ,
- Support mass production of a compact 48V On-Board Charger ,
- Conduct technology scouting (literature & patents),
- Analyze and visualize technical trends (charts, roadmaps),
- Attend power electronics conferences and summarize key insights,
- Collaborate with suppliers and evaluate new technologies,
- Organize and participate in benchmarking campaigns,
- Perform simulations and hardware evaluations of high-efficiency components,
