Sales & Business Development :
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and client referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, present tailored recruitment solutions, and negotiate commercial terms.
Act as a strategic partner to clients by advising them on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
Recruitment :
Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job briefing to placement, ensuring a high-quality candidate and client experience.
Match top talent to suitable roles through a deep understanding of both client needs and candidate motivations.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support clients and candidates through offer negotiations and onboarding.
Account Management :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Regularly follow up with clients and placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
Track sales performance and recruitment KPIs using CRM tools (Salesforce).
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Entre level or experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is highly valued (maximum 2 years).
Strong communication in Dutch and English (Fluent), french is a big plus.
Strong negotiation, and influencing skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
