24Flow is a fast-growing, investor-backed software company transforming how make-to-order manufacturers plan and execute operations. Our modular platform — built on Salesforce — helps high-mix, low-volume production companies to streamline short-term scheduling, to reduce work-in-progress, and to empower operators with digital support.
We're looking for an enthusiastic BDR to help us break into new accounts across the Benelux and (optionally) DACH region. As our Business Development Representative , you'll take the lead on generating qualified leads — from identifying target companies to booking strategic meetings with C-level and operational decision-makers.
Your Role
As a BDR in our SaaS environment, your mission is clear : build and qualify a strong prospect pipeline . You'll be the first point of contact for new prospects and play a critical role in our go-to-market success. You don't need to close the deal — our founders will take over from there — but it's your job to identify opportunities and open the right doors.
