Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of functional and digital projects across sectors such as banking, insurance, public services, or industry, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of functional and digital IT projects.
  • Gather, define, and document functional and business requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead workshops, meetings, and steering committees with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to testing phases, including test strategy, UAT coordination, and bug tracking.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure smooth change management.

Your Profile :

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a IT Project Manager.
  • You have experience working with Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.
  • You are confident managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • You have solid skills in business analysis, project documentation, and process design.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, public sector, or similar regulated environments is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and French – mandatory.
  • Dutch is a strong asset for projects with local clients.
  • You are available to work on-site in Brussels, with occasional remote flexibility.
