Job Summary
As VP Sales – Distributor Markets CEEMEA , you will lead the Interventional Systems (IS) Distributor Sales team across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your mission is to drive operational and sales effectiveness, develop and execute growth strategies, and build strong distributor relationships that deliver sustainable business results. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the SVP TIS.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and implement multinational sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Distributor Engagement : Build and maintain trusted relationships with key distributors, acting as a subject matter expert and partner in enhancing customer interactions.
- Team Development : Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers across CEEMEA, fostering leadership development and succession planning.
- Business Management : Oversee P&L for the IS distribution network, conduct financial reviews, and initiate sales training programs to elevate distributor capabilities.
- Operational Excellence : Organize and lead strategic planning meetings, manage distributor partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities in the region.
Profile Description
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the medical, paramedical, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Proven international sales leadership experience, ideally in interventional cardiology or related markets. Solid people manager experience with a proven track record of developing your team.Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results in complex, multicultural environmentsAgile leader, able to manague ambiguity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to adapt to different target audiences. fluent in English (additional languages, like Arabic or Russian are a plus).Deep knowledge of Middle-Eastern and / or CEE / CIS markets and an active professional network in the region.Offer
