Maintenance technician
Main responsabilities?
- You are technically responsible for maintaining and improving the entire machine park.
- You are responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of production installations with a focus on preventive and corrective maintenance of production-related installations.
- You base yourself on plans, schedules or documents of the constructor and internal procedures.
- You are responsible for drawing up and optimising the preventive maintenance of production machines, also writing procedures and checklists for carrying this out.
- You provide technical assistance to operators in case of breakdowns and work with colleagues on improvements with the aim of increasing quality and efficiency.
- Growth opportunities : expansion of the existing production facilities increases the work area in the future.
- The short communication channels ensure that you can help direct the maintenance organisation yourself.
- You report to the supervisor maintenance and work closely with the production supervisors, operators and other technicians.
- You will work in a flexible system (starting hours between 6 and 10 am) in a day shift, no weekend work.
Requirements :
Experience in preventive, corrective maintenance and trouble shooting in a production environment are a must.Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience in a technical direction (electromechanics)5 years' experience in a maintenance department : preferably in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry.Qualities such as proactivity, punctuality, responsibility, perseverance and perfectionism are important.We Offer you :
