You are customer and service oriented, meticulous and punctual in your communication to customers. You communicate proactively about any support issues to your management. You communicate fluently in French, Dutch and English. Both orally and in writing. You have a good practical knowledge of Office tools : Outlook, Word and Excel. Familiarity with the SAP user interface and SAP administration is a strong asset.
The role
- You daily execute well described support procedures in SAP with the highest degree of accuracy.
- In case of operational issues, you escalate the matter internally to the support consultants or to the service desk coordinator.
- Although you execute procedures as described, you are looking for possible improvements or new candidate procedures that you notify to the service manager and the service desk coordinator. You assist in creating an updated or new procedure description that can be executed by you or your colleagues.
- You assist the service desk coordinator in administrative tasks of internal and customer reporting on status of support operations.
- You mainly work in Waver.
