FunctieomschrijvingFirst of all, you will receive an extensive training programm, afterwards : Assisting daily with aseptic and manual production processes Following strict procedures and standard operating protocols You will inspect and maintain equipment, meticulously clean and disinfect materials Ensure proper transfer between production zones. A strong sense of responsibility and a passion for making a difference in patients' lives. Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors. A love for structure and order, with a high degree of accuracy. Willingness to work in an aseptic environment, wearing sterile clothing. No prior experience in pharma or biotech needed, as full training is provided. An A2 Diploma or equivalent through experience. Quality and precision are more important than specific qualifications. Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, including weekends (no night shifts). Good level of English Competitive salary package with extra legal benefits. Shift system with interesting bonus system.
