In Tubize , you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR , Crypto Global Solution , MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission
Project Governance Establish and maintain project governance structureEnsure adherence to organizational policies and standardsFacilitate project steering committee meetings and document outcomeProject Coordination Assist project manager(s) in planning, execution, and monitoring of projectsProvide Dynamic planning method to project (PERT)Support scheduling and resource allocation for projects (method & tool)Track project deliverables and milestones (OTD)Alert on impacting deviationsMonitor Project log (action, decision)Risk Management Consolidate risks and mitigation plan through Risk registerMonitor risk management activities across project(s) and report findingsAnime risk sessions reviewAssist on Risk scenarisation in Schedule planDocumentation and Knowledge Management Support project manager over project documentation, including charters, plans, and process guidesEnsure project documentation is completed, stored, and easily accessible via KPI trackingFacilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessionsCreate templates or maintained itStakeholder Engagement Identify and manage internal stakeholder relationships and needsFacilitate internal stakeholder workshops and feedback sessionsSustain stakeholder involvement throughout the program lifecycleReporting and Communication Develop and distribute project(s) status reports to stakeholdersMaintain effective communication channels among team membersFinancial Management Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for the project(s)Training and Support Provide onboarding, training and support to project teams on PMO processes and toolsTool Management Maintain and support the use of PMO software and toolsWe are looking forward to
You have at least 7 to 10 years’ experience in a PMO position in an international and technically demanding environmentYou can master Excel, agility with Microsoft suite (for e.g. Powerpoint, Sharepoint)You have a knowledge in the following activities : CRM, Power BI is a plus.You are autonomous and rigorous with analytical skills to interpret sales data (and how to improve process)You have strong oral and written communication skillsYou are able to work in cross-functional teams and you are a real team-playerYou are fluent in French (and / or Dutch) + English (mandatory)You are open to work from TubizeThales is a global technology leader with more than 81,000 employees on five continents.
