Description :
- Skillfully managing operational errors & incidents to ensure seamless departmental operations.
- Coordinating and promptly analyzing risk events and their root causes, adhering to risk management guidelines.
- Reporting and escalating as necessary, following established protocols.
- Analyze and present quarterly results to internal teams.
- Follow up on open incidents and mitigating actions
- Taking charge of tariffication followup, involving annual / quarterly fee settlements, and providing invaluable support for Front Office inquiries.
- Offering varied operational support for Private Banking queries on order management and system parameters.
