KEY requirements :

• Administration or Marketing bachelor, no experience or max 2 years’ experience in communication / administration department
• Strong Planning, organization, structure experience
• Administration, finance reporting is not a problem for you
• Good knowledge of Powerpoint, excel, word, outlook
• Communication and coordination skills
• Awareness of latest market developments and trends, economical and / or marketing experience is a positive point
• Able to work in a team & on an individual way also
• Solution minded
• By preference French (and / or Dutch) speaking and good knowledge of English

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU?

OMD Belgium is looking for a Junior Account Executive. The purpose of the role is to support the Account Director in administration, financial and account handling. The Junior Account Executive will follow the offline campaigns. Advertising campaign in Print, TV, Out Of Home, Radio. He / She will strictly follow the process from the briefing until the publication of the advertising and the invoicing,

The Junior account executive is also key when it comes to driving collaboration across OMD and in terms of building strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
