What will you be doing?
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital landscape , focused on customer experience (marketing, sales, customer service and CX data / websites, portals, CRM applications, etc.)
Leverage your network within the digital landscape and with the technology vendors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
