As Sales Manager , you will :

  • Develop and grow sales in assigned regions across Benelux, Central, and Northern Europe.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries requiring custom industrial packaging.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and technical support.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailor-made packaging solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings to boost visibility and trust.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports

The successful Sales Manager has the following profile :

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial or packaging solutions.
  • Fluent in French, English, German or Dutch
  • Self-motivated and autonomous , capable of managing a field-based role with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills , able to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Technically savvy , with the ability to understand and propose customized packaging solutions.
  • Culturally adaptable , confident interacting with clients across diverse European markets.
  • Collaborative mindset , comfortable working closely with internal design, production, and sales teams.
  • A dynamic international territory , covering multiple European countries with diverse client bases.
