Expansion Manager - Retail Sector

The Expansion Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :

• Develop the network of shops / franchisees (prospecting, study of catchment areas)
• Assisting the franchisees in all the steps (from the search fto the opening)
• Advising the franchisees in the operational, financial and administrative management of the outlets and accompanying them
• Selection of the candidates for the franchises
• Ensuring the proper coordination and planning of the opening stages of the sales outlets
• Previous experience in a similar position in sales
• Prospection / hunting skills
• Ready to travel and work in a dynamic, field-based environment
• Existing network with brokers is a big plus
• Bilingual Dutch and French
