High Tech Senior Solution Engineer

Function

For an international and rapidly growing tech scale-up in the Ghent region, we are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer .

This role blends hands-on development with deep problem solving, scalable architecture design, and technical strategy. You’ll be working in a mature but fast-evolving environment where millions of requests per second are processed.

You will collaborate with global teams and world-class clients to expand and optimize a mission-critical platform that operates at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a scalable, high-performance, and modern codebase using Javascript / Typescript
• Build and maintain infrastructure via Terraform , CI / CD pipelines , and multi-cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Cloudflare)
• Participate in architectural decisions and adopt new technologies like serverless edge computing
• Work closely with international teams to support integration and innovation
• Take an active role in problem solving , debugging, and performance optimization
• Take technical ownership and help build solutions that make a real difference
