Job Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting the Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) Business Unit by delivering financial insights that drive sustainable and profitable growth. Your key responsibilities include :

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP) activities. Provide clear financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring : Analyze P&L, monitor expenses, and explain variances to support data-driven decisions.
• Project Support : Contribute financial expertise to business cases, new initiatives, and tool development.
• Process Improvement : Enhance financial processes and tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and data reliability.
• Collaboration : Act as a trusted partner to BU leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and shared accountability.
