Context
We are an international school with around 70 employees and 300 children. With over 45 different nationalities we are an English speaking environment however the HR tools and the interactions with the payroll agency are in French.
Role description HR Manager
In line with the school vision, mission, culture and values, the HR Manager is accountable to the Direction of the School and will be responsible for the hiring, the developing and the wellbeing of our employees.
Job description :
As part of the Administration Team, he / she will be asked to be back-up of other team members and perform administrative tasks.
As a member of an international organisation, he / she is sensitive to the needs of children, parents and staff of all nationalities and cultures and treats everyone with the same courtesy, understanding and respect.
Your profile :
You are bilingual English-French. You have a degree in HR Management or an equivalent experience. You are an expert in Belgian social law. You have experience in payroll processes. You are a trustworthy person and you value the conviviality between colleagues. You are diplomatic and ensure confidentiality on all sensitive matters. You are able to form positive working relationships at all levels. You are flexible and capable of working independently and also demonstrate team spirit. You have strengths in administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. You are reliable and well organised. Location : Brussels
