Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead a project team made up of project engineers, customer service engineers and solution architects, and supported by the Account Manager.
- You’ll get to be the single point of contact for your client, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal organization.
- You’ll have ownership of the project and will manage it from both a business and project perspective.
- You’ll be working with the project team to define the project approach, and to develop, implement and follow detailed and complex project implementation plans.
- You’ll get to identify, manage (minimize / anticipate) and report on potential risks throughout the entire project realization process.
- You’ll be supervising technical issues, making sure they are followed up by the project engineers and if necessary escalating them to the internal and the supplier’s organization until they are resolved.
- You’ll work closely with the account manager to detect, generate and manage change requests and pitch these to the client.
- You’ll be in charge of ensuring that the quality of the “deliverables” matches the scope and allocated budget of the project.
- You’ll be reporting to the Operations Director on projects’ resources, status and risk follow-up using online Project management tools and the financial & logistics follow up in our online ERP tool.
- You’ll get to support the sales division by advising on operational aspects (planning, installation budget, project approach, etc.) at the tender stage.
Competencies & Behaviors
Essential Criteria’s
Industrial engineer in electronics or ICT or a technical Master’s degreeA minimum of 5 years professional experience working in IT and / or Telecommunications as a project managerProfessional mastery of Dutch (C1 to C2)Solid experience project management methodologiesSolid grasp of technological, business and human resources mattersAble to build strong & confident relationships with clients Collaboration & ability to work in teamFacilitation & Communication, open minded and innovativeProactivityAffinity with ERP systemsConsidered as an advantage
