To support our continued growth and customer demand, we are seeking a qualified Sales and Project Engineer to join our team in Zaventem.

Position Summary

As a Sales and Project Engineer, you play a critical role in the presales process for residential and commercial HVAC projects. You are responsible for preparing technical quotations, providing in-depth product support, and assisting both customers and the external sales team in identifying the most suitable Viessmann solutions.

This position requires strong technical acumen, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders throughout the design and sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical quotations and solution proposals for clients (installers, engineering firms, designers)

Analyze tender documents and hydraulic schemes to determine technical specifications and requirements

Provide presales support and product expertise across Viessmann’s HVAC portfolio, including :

Heat pumps (residential and commercial)

Boilers

Hot water systems

Ventilation and air conditioning systems

Serve as the internal product specialist for a selected product category :

Monitor market trends and competitor offerings

Support product launches and internal training

Offer expert-level advice to customers and colleagues

Collaborate closely with external sales engineers, key account managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical sales or project engineering environment

Skills & Competencies

Strong interest in HVAC systems and technical design

Customer-oriented with commercial awareness

Structured, precise, and solution-focused

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in Dutch and French; proficiency in English is required
