We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in software implementation and / or upgrade to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate has a proven track record in planning and delivering projects, managing stakeholders, and performing a variety of tasks while leading and directing the work of project team members. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage ERP implementation projects across Europe
- Act as primary liaison between HOIST and the customer
- Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and project artifacts, following HOIST’s methodology
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and mitigate risks
- Manage project resources and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct project lessons learned and create recommendations for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration and innovation
MUST Have Experience & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent qualificationProven track record of delivering software implementation / upgrade projects on time and within budgetExperience working in client-facing rolesMUST Have Skills & Attributes :
Strong understanding of ERP systems, data migration, and integration with other business systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools25%+ availability for travelFluent in EnglishResiding and legally eligible to work in BelgiumWhat sets you apart :
Over 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and upgrade project management, preferably with IFSOver 5 years of proven working experience in software implementation / upgrade project management, and in client-facing rolesFluent in Dutch and / or FrenchRecruitment process managed by an external partner :
