What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Ensure cleanliness and sterility in the lab — crucial for high-quality pharmaceutical research.
  • Support laboratory technicians by preparing workstations, materials, and tools.
  • Follow lab protocols precisely and carry out routine tasks with care and consistency.

They are currently in a period of rapid growth and are looking for motivated and dedicated team members.

Profile

Who We’re Looking For :

  • You live near Gent / Zwijnaarde or have your own transportation.
  • You speak fluent English
  • You enjoy teamwork, learning new skills, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Nice to have) Familiarity with GMP standards, aseptic techniques, sterilization methods, and MS Office.

  • Attractive salary and a permanent contract after 6 months!
  • Extra bonus : -  €7 / day meal vouchers - €250 / year ECO vouchers- Full transport reimbursement

    • Work-life balance with a 4 / 4 shift  schedule ( work 4 days (10 hours / day), then enjoy 4 days off) :  Since we cannot predict exactly where you'll be in the process, you must be comfortable working across all seven of these shifts. 6 AM to 4 PM, 7 AM to 5 PM, 8 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, and 4 PM to 2 AM
