FunctieomschrijvingIndependently manage multiple departments Supervise, plan, and organize operations to meet daily and monthly objectives. Ensure budget compliance, deadlines, and safety. Play a key role in enforcing strict safety rules, work organization, and cleanliness. Be responsible for developing and monitoring business plans in the short, medium, and long term. Monitor KPIs and implement necessary measures to achieve set goals while respecting the budget. Be a true leader, supporting teams (100 to 200 employees) by coaching, evaluating, and helping them grow, with the assistance of team leaders and other intermediaries. Ensure strong communication, collaborating with different teams and social partners. Actively contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing automated processes. Take on daily challenges in a highly dynamic environment, ensuring flexibility while maintaining operational excellence. Bilingual French / English (C1 level or higher). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Experienced people manager, a true leader who listens to teams, is results-driven, and fosters team cohesion (minimum 3 years of managerial experience). Dynamic, stress-resistant, strong communicator, and skilled negotiator. Flexible and willing to work in shifts (6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM…). Ideally, first experience in the logistics sector.
