Votre mission
En tant que Financial Controller , vous assurerez un rôle clé dans la supervision financière du périmètre belge, en étroite collaboration avec CFO du siège basé à l'international. Vous serez le lien entre la stratégie financière du groupe et son exécution locale.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Superviser la consolidation des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles , en lien avec les normes IFRS
- Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité du reporting financier local à destination du groupe
- Piloter la trésorerie quotidienne , établir les prévisions de cashflow, analyser les écarts et optimiser les flux
- Réaliser les analyses de performance (budget vs réalisé, marges, rentabilité par entité)
- Contribuer à la structuration des processus internes de comptabilité / contrôle de gestion et à l' automatisation du reporting.
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétences une équipe de 3 comptables déjà en place
- Collaborer avec les auditeurs et les contrôleurs du siège.
- Participer à divers projets stratégiques ou d'amélioration continue (digitalisation, nouveaux outils…)
