Our client, a leading Belgian employer recognized officially as a “Great Place to Work”© in the Accountancy, Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax & Legal, Business Consulting , and Business Analytics domains is currently looking for a trilingual (NL / FR / EN) ICT Support specialist on a permanent basis (hybrid remote and on-site) for either their Brussels or Antwerp office.
What knowledge and experience are we looking for?
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in IT , or at least 2 years of relevant experience
- An affinity with business processes and the ability to support applications effectively
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure , including Windows Client / Server systems , Active Directory , networking , Office 365 , etc.
- A strong sense of empathy toward end users and the analytical mindset to translate their needs into stable IT solutions
- A customer-focused , team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- A hands-on attitude , flexibility , and a proactive mindset

As an ICT Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for all colleagues experiencing IT issues. You are a solution-oriented multitasker who listens, analyzes, and identifies the right (often structural) solution. You enjoy sharing knowledge, helping others, and growing in a collegial and supportive environment where personal development is actively encouraged.
Your responsibilities include :
Handling internal support tickets and routing them appropriately when neededProviding both remote and on-site support across multiple offices in Belgium (not just Antwerp and Brussels)Escalating complex issues to the right internal or external specialistsStaying up-to-date with new technologies to optimize colleagues’ working conditionsManaging employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspectiveHelping optimize internal applicationsTraining and supporting end users and IT colleaguesSpecializing in key technologies and becoming a go-to expert within the team
