About the Role
We are looking for an adaptable and self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the fire protection sector. This role is ideal for someone with experience (or a strong desire to develop) in fire safety systems — particularly sprinkler systems — and who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic project environment.
With a main base in the Netherlands and an additional office in Antwerp, you’ll manage exciting logistics and warehouse projects valued between €200,000 and €4,000,000 . Projects typically involve close collaboration with an internal design engineer and teams of 6–12 subcontractors on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute fire protection installation projects across the Netherlands and Belgium
- Coordinate with internal engineers for drawings and calculations
- Oversee subcontractors and installation crews on-site
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Maintain budget control and manage project timelines
- Schedule regular site visits (typically 2–3 days per week of travel, ~2–3 hours each way)
- Balance office presence (for team collaboration) with remote work flexibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
Preferred : Experience with sprinkler systems , either from a competitor (e.g., Aqua Security, ESP Safety) or within the fire protection spaceOpen to : Junior profiles with no direct experience but strong organizational skills and a willingness to learnStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and structure your own time effectivelyDutch and / or English fluencyValid driving license (essential due to travel requirements)What’s on Offer
