Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Planet Pharma is collaborating with a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) to recruit a Logistics Assistant for their Supply Chain team in Belgium, on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Tracking & ERP Management : Monitor order progress prior to shipment, addressing any issues by updating data in the ERP system to ensure accurate billing.
• Transport Coordination & Documentation : Schedule transportation with suppliers based on client needs and prepare necessary transport documents, including customer-specific and legally required paperwork. Generate customs documentation using the Intris platform.
• Communication & Coordination : Share relevant shipment details with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Document Organization : Maintain and categorize shipping documents in compliance with legal requirements.
• Financial Processing : Prepare and submit documentary remittances to financial institutions to facilitate payment for goods.
• Invoice Validation : Review and approve invoices related to transportation.
• Returns & Claims Management : Handle product returns, process claims, and issue credit notes as needed.
• KPI Monitoring : Gather data from suppliers (e.g., carriers, Colfridis) to support KPI tracking.
• Letter of Credit (LC) Processing : Manage tasks related to Letters of Credit.
