About the Role :

We're seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, driving their success, and ours.

In this role, you'll work directly with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs from various companies, helping them transform their business operations. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, grow partnerships through upselling, and secure contract renewals.

You'll analyze and understand your customers' IT projects in-depth, becoming their Odoo sales expert. This will involve identifying potential future sales opportunities by offering customized packages that meet their needs.

Negotiation of contract renewals is also a key aspect of this role, including securing multi-year subscriptions. You'll need to be well-versed in sales strategies and have excellent negotiation skills.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of sales principles and experience working in a similar role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field is highly preferred.

You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be working closely with clients and other stakeholders. Proficiency in languages such as Polish, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian, Estonian / Lithuanian, Albanian, Romanian, or Hungarian is a plus.
