As the Infrastructure Services Delivery Lead, you will oversee the operational excellence of the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will lead a team of System Engineers, drive process efficiency, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior management.
Mission
Team & operational leadership :
Lead and mentor a team of System Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
Manage daily workflows, ensuring task prioritization aligns with business needs
Act as a people manager, providing guidance and resolving conflicts when necessary
Enforce adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Service & vendor management :
Monitor service performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance
Collaborate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency
Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies
Performance & reporting :
Track team productivity, budget adherence, and project timelines
Generate performance reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Stakeholder collaboration :
Report directly to the Head of Technology
Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Technology, and external partners
Represent the Infrastructure team in critical meetings (daily stand-ups, incident reviews, etc.)
Profile
5+ years in a similar managerial role within IT infrastructure
Hands-on experience with data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
