Software Engineer

You'll be focused on back-end development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript, Next.js and Node.js.

You'll work on core product features and Backend code improvements, ensuring all systems can support the growth of our customer base.

Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.

You have a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in backend development in NodeJs.

Passion for solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable software solutions. You understand technical tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions.

Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and / or fine-tuning experience are a plus).

A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge. Speak ideally Dutch and English Able to work onsite in Leuven
