Being at the center of every implementation, you'll bridge the contact between customer challenges and their MIS solution.
Responsibilities
- Implement software at customer sites, remote workshops and training.
- Deliver high quality customer support and generate customer satisfaction.
- Work with product management, support, and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain a high standard of personal administration.
