We work hand-in-hand with clients to develop cutting-edge projects Finance. Now, we’re looking for someone to help us scale that mission by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS MANAGER TRAINEE

As a Business Manager , you will be a key player in our growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying new markets, developing client relationships, and leading commercial initiatives across sectors.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Prospecting and qualifying new business leads
  • Building long-term relationships with clients across industries (tech, finance, energy, etc.)
  • Understanding client needs and co-developing tailored service proposals
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Coordinating with HR and technical managers to launch new projects
  • Monitoring market trends and contributing to strategic planning
  • Representing Cleeven at networking events, conferences, and trade shows

    • WHO YOU ARE

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in French, English and / or Dutch (trilingual is a strong asset)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented
