Functional Analyst - Permanent contract - Hybrid

Job description

We are looking for a FUNCTIONAL ANALYST to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You will be responsible for gathering and assessing customer requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications and then monitoring their implementation with the Scrum team. You will be actively working with the project managers to identify new customer requirements, and with the designer and developers to analyze business processes, define requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of our Saas solution.

Target customers are small to large-size companies active in the energy & environmental sector across Europe.

Key responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis : collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Solution Design : work closely with designer and developers to define system capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Product scrum : contribute to Agile ceremonies, assist in backlog refinement, and support user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
• Stakeholder communication : act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation & training – Maintain clear documentation of business requirements, workflows, and system functionalities while supporting end-user training.
