To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical Services Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about technical excellence.

About the Role

As we continue to build a more sustainable future, Holcim is looking for a curious, hands-on, and customer-focused individual to join our Technical Services team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a solid understanding of construction with technical accuracy and a readiness to work both in the office and out in the field.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services teams. You'll be the go-to person for technical guidance, helping to plan and execute field support, product demos, and client trainings across various projects and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical project documents, including system designs, installation details, wind-uplift calculations, and material specs.
  • Organize and execute field service requests and conduct jobsite inspections.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of hands-on seminars and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate the creation of mock-ups for marketing campaigns or testing initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support and expertise to contractors, distributors, and project teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure high-quality customer support.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%) to support project and client needs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Some jobsite or hands-on technical experience, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Comfortable leading and coordinating activities on-site.
  • Understanding of waterproofing solutions or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluency in either English or French.
  • Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
