Retail Junior Consultant

Job Description

As a Retail Junior Consultant , you will play a key role in the core business of NielsenIQ, servicing our Tech and Durable (T&D) retail partners. Our services are the reason clients continue to invest in our products and trust us as their partner for data-driven insights across a range of sectors including Electronics, Garden, DIY , and more.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial flair to strengthen our team. You’ll report to the Retail Customer Success Manager and work closely with a group of experienced colleagues.

What you will do :

• Proactively identify and address data issues, maintaining a critical mindset to ensure data integrity and taking appropriate action when inconsistencies arise.
• Analyze and interpret sales and consumer data, turning insights into clear charts, graphs, and visual reports.
• Build compelling storylines—whether for category overviews or issue-based analyses—develop presentations, draw conclusions, and make recommendations (end-to-end process).
• Deliver final presentations and confidently present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Act as the first point of contact for your retail partners, addressing their data-related questions and requests.
• Take the lead in rolling out Newron , our new reporting tool.
