FunctieomschrijvingMaster’s degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering (or equivalent experience). Strong interest in the energy sector and electrical infrastructure. Prior experience in project management or engineering is a plus (recent graduates are welcome). Familiarity with high-voltage standards and technical specifics (substations, lines). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A quick learner with a proactive and structured approach. The position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.
As a Project Engineer , you main responsibilities will include :
- Contribute to all phases of the project, from feasibility studies to commissioning and administrative closure.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of technical designs by integrating expertise in the following areas :
- High-voltage components of substations
- Protection systems, automation, and telecommunications.
- High-voltage lines and pylons for connections between substations.
- Develop preliminary designs, define project scope, and establish budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise design teams and external partners (suppliers, subcontractors).
- Oversee project execution in the field, working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
