MARKET :
The past years, the market of niche fragrances is developing and niche fragrances are becoming more and
more popular. Puig is focusing on the niche market with our brands Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Dries
van Noten and the recently to Puig transitioned brands Byredo and Dr. Barbara Sturm.
MISSION :
The KAM Niche is responsible for building the business in a sustainable way within the 2 biggest Niche
accounts in the Netherlands and distribution via our independent niche players in the Benelux. Within your role
you will be responsible to develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Skins and De Bijenkorf.
Additionally, you are the commercial contact for independent niche customers in the Benelux and visit them on
a regular basis. You are part of the Commercial team and will report directly to the Commercial Director. With
your ownership, entrepreneurial qualities, business insight, strong knowledge of category management, your
agility and strong focus on relations you will contribute to drive the business to a maximum on the long-term.
You main responsibilities
Deep understanding of the niche market and your customers, delivering the company objectives; distribution of
our niche brands, value market share and net revenues in line with financial KPI’s.
Develop and implement the niche strategy and plans in line with company priorities for your accounts :
in the market
account plans and budgets.
Account Manager
Keep the day-to-day management of the accounts :
customer and have a clear overview of the competition and developments in the market
internal with subsidiary and HQ. Ensure an efficient coordination within the organization
