Job Description :

As a Process Engineer in the life sciences sector, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and ensuring compliance of process systems within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance process efficiency, reliability, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform process design and optimization for life sciences applications.
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (GMP, FDA, ISPE, etc.).
• Support the selection of materials and equipment for process systems.
• Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID) and propose mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including automation, mechanical, and quality departments.
• Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
