Data Reporting Expert

Contract : Start ASAP - 31 / 12 / 2025

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Knowledge of Dutch, French and English

MUST BE BASED IN BELGIUM

We’re looking for a Data Reporting Expert to support a key SAP transformation project focused on HR analytics. In this role, you’ll lead the migration from UNV to UNX in SAP BusinessObjects and help optimise data structures for improved reporting and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP BO & Data Architecture

  • Lead the conversion of SAP BO universes from UNV to UNX.
  • Optimise SAP BW data structures for better compatibility and performance.

Data Integration

  • Design and manage ETL processes from various SAP sources.
  • Validate and maintain data quality across systems.
  • Use MS Access and VBA for integration and automation tasks.

    • Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with IT, HR Analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support during and after the migration.
  • Serve as a technical expert for data and reporting-related queries.

    • Reporting & Visualisation

  • Support SAP BO report development and ensure compatibility with tools like Power BI.
  • Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

    • Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with SAP BW, SAP BO (UNV / UNX), SQL, SAS EG, and Oracle.
  • Background in banking and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of ETL and data validation practices.
  • Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, DAX, and Python.
  • Experience working with HR data and KPIs.
  • Business proficiency in Dutch , French , and English .
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SAP, Power BI, or SAS EG are a plus.
