At Laroy Group, we’re looking for an Export Manager to help grow our presence in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. In this role, you’ll manage and expand a network of distributors and customers, represent our brand at trade fairs, and play a key part in developing new markets.

Requirements
As an Export Manager at Laroy Group, you are responsible for the direct operational commercial expansion within your region . You maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while exploring new markets and further developing current ones.
As an Export Manager, you focus on the following four key pillars :
1. You are responsible for the operational expansion of export
- You oversee the follow-up and further development of your customer and distributor base within specific countries.
- You manage the entire order process, from quotation to order receipt and delivery, in collaboration with the purchasing department and the warehouse, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and retention.
- In cooperation with the Export Sales Manager, you conduct market studies and analyses to assess the companies potentials.
2. You are responsible for prospecting and maintaining existing customers
You maintain daily telephone contact with customers and local distributors.You are specifically responsible for the further development and critical assessment of the existing distributor network.Approximately 50% of your time is spent visiting customers, having online meetings and organizing and hosting customer visits in Wondelgem.Together with our professional marketing team, you help organize trade fairs in your region, where you also play an active role.In addition to participating in trade fairs and events, you ensure that all information on competitors and / or significant market developments is communicated to the relevant departments.3. Securing and following up on orders
You actively monitor projects for quotations prepared in close collaboration with the sales and export support teams.In close cooperation with export support, you ensure a seamless process from prospecting to quotation and final order. You provide clear instructions to the export support team.4. Administrative tasks and complaint handling
Your administrative communication ensures the flawless handling of all sales transactions. In collaboration with the finance department, you proactively monitor credit limits and overdue payments.You translate any customer complaints to export support, ensuring they are addressed quickly and professionally.You prepare concise visit reports highlighting action points following your regional visits. You are responsible for independently planning your visits.You produce a monthly financial report for management to present the figures and action points from the previous month.Benefits
