To.Scale is hiring a Communications Lead to join the Data & Analytics Center of Expertise of our client, a major player in the vehicle manufacturing field.
You’ll be embedded in a team managed by Toyota Tsusho Systems Europe (TTS-E) and working onsite at Toyota’s HQ in Zaventem, Brussels.
This role is all about visibility and impact. You’ll design and drive the comms strategy for D&A across the entire Toyota Pan-Europe ecosystem, turning data insights into stories, bringing internal communities to life, and supporting the adoption of new tech and tools.
You’ll be the one making sure people get what D&A is doing AND, more importantly, why it matters.
Note : This role includes occasional travel within Europe to support community events and knowledge sharing.

Strategic Communication
- Build and lead the communication strategy for D&A initiatives
- Promote D&A’s work to internal and external stakeholders
- Own and manage the D&A Communication Roadmap
Content Creation & Storytelling
Translate complex data insights into compelling, easy-to-digest narrativesCreate presentations, reports, articles, infographics, and video contentCollect and showcase testimonials, photos, and success storiesChannel & Community Management
Run D&A’s digital channels (SharePoint, newsletters, etc.)Collaborate with internal comms teams to align messagingSet up and lead communities of users via events, masterclasses, and meet-upsChange & Event Management
Support change management around new tools / processes in D&ALead organization and delivery of internal events like D&A hackathonsOversee vendors, agenda, budget, backlog, and team coordinationTeam Coordination

Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or similar2–3 years of relevant experience in a comms or marketing roleExcellent writing / editing skills with strong visual communication senseComfortable creating content for a wide range of formats and audiencesExperience managing internal comms channels (SharePoint, newsletters)Fluent in English, both written and spokenStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsNice-to-Haves
Experience in data & analytics or tech-driven environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft O365 (Teams, SharePoint)Basic photo / video editing skillsUnderstanding of comms analytics and metricsBenefits
Your daily rate is based on 220 working days per year.
This will be converted into a fixed monthly fee that already includes your paid time off, meaning you're not just paid for the days you log, but also for your vacation days and local bank holidays.
