Are you a natural leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for empowering teams? We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Services Team Leader to drive excellence and innovation in our division of Service Group.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for the daily leadership, coaching, and development of Technical Service Administration employees. You’ll foster a proactive, customer-oriented culture while ensuring performance targets, safety rules, and quality standards are consistently met. Expect to collaborate closely across departments, propose service improvements, and steer your team to success.

Your Impact Will Include :

  • Leading and supporting your team with energy and vision
  • Monitoring key KPIs and driving customer satisfaction
  • Handling complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Continuously improving service processes for optimal results
  • Promoting strong communication and collaboration across teams

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional experience and a Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience). Knowledge of technical services is a plus. Your strengths should include :

  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities
  • A commercial mindset and proactive attitude
  • Resilience, independence, and a sense of responsibility
  • Multilingual fluency in Dutch, French, and English
