Program Manager - SAP S / 4HANA Migration

  • Location : Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote)
  • Contract : Long-term freelance / consultant
  • Language : Dutch required (CEFR C2 level)

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead one of the largest public sector SAP S / 4HANA migration programs in Belgium. You’ll be responsible for managing both IT and business-side activities, ensuring smooth delivery across critical departments including emergency services.

This role sits at the centre of a complex, multi-entity transformation initiative, involving system integration, business alignment, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end program management across the internal SAP team and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate and oversee blueprinting, testing, interface conversion, and process validation
  • Represent the organization in steering committees and ensure alignment with executive governance
  • Manage business readiness and adoption, including change management, communication, and training
  • Support additional SAP integration projects related to financial systems
  • Monitor risk, scope, planning, and progress while maintaining quality and timelines

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading infrastructure or software delivery programs
  • Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, with knowledge of CO, FM, and PS modules
  • Background in ERP implementation programs across public or complex organizations
  • Strong reporting skills and experience with executive-level communication
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK) and program frameworks (Agile, Scrum, MSP)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
