Proven experience in managing technical or industrial projects. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Capable of managing multiple priorities and staying focused under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills; able to energize and motivate teams. Fluent in Dutch and English ; knowledge of French is a plus. Full-time permanent role in a well-established and growing company. Competitive gross monthly salary of €3,500 – €4,900 , based on experience. Benefits including meal vouchers, laptop, group insurance, and hospitalization plan. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects across technical and operational domains.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to align on priorities and tasks.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Drive decision-making and delegate responsibilities within the project team.
- Identify risks and resource bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide updates to management and ensure transparency on project status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
