Sales manager - international company

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in the flavor sector. The role requires managing high-value accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships. You'll work closely with R&D, marketing, and finance teams in a global context.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and execute commercial strategies for key markets.
  • Oversee and expand relationships with strategic customers in the flavors industry.
  • Identify and develop new business leads and sales projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.

Ideal Profile :

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the flavor or food industry (beverage sector is a plus).
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and commercial insight.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science or similar; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and French; other languages are an asset.
