Sales manager - international company
Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in the flavor sector. The role requires managing high-value accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships. You'll work closely with R&D, marketing, and finance teams in a global context.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute commercial strategies for key markets.
- Oversee and expand relationships with strategic customers in the flavors industry.
- Identify and develop new business leads and sales projects.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to meet sales objectives.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Ideal Profile :
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the flavor or food industry (beverage sector is a plus).Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.Excellent analytical skills and commercial insight.Willingness to travel internationally.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science or similar; MBA is a plus.Fluent in both English and French; other languages are an asset.We Offer :
