Act as main point of contact for office vendors, developing and maintaining relationships with landlord, contractors, maintenance companies, supply vendors, etc.;
Service Desk Management - managing all workplace related requests and questions. Responsible for incoming tickets and distributing them to the right persons;
Monitor and follow-up on building maintenance issues and projects;
Maintain general orderliness, cleanliness and professionalism of the office atmosphere;
Facilitate office events to maintain a thriving company culture and enhance community engagement;
Research, source and manage the purchasing and maintenance agreements for your office;
Continue existing projects and develop innovative ways to meet the needs of our employees and guests;
Assist with operational Fleet management;
Assist with general operational office tasks related to HR, IT and Finance;
Ensure security and health & safety measures to safeguard employees, guests, and company assets in the office environment.
What you'll need
2 years of experience in building maintenance, workplace management or contract management;
Flexibility (fixed working hours with additional on call duties);
Proficiency in office tools and processes, working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and modern online communication tools;
Positive attitude & “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task;
Ability to work independently as well as with a team, excellent follow-through and follow-up skills;
Good communication skills and a strong command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written;
Able to bring fun into the workplace and foster the TomTom spirit and culture.
