Job Title : Cloud Architect (Azure) – Contract

Location : Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid)

Duration : 6 Months

Role overview :

We’re looking for a seasoned Azure Cloud Architect to support a cloud infrastructure upgrade for a manufacturing client in Antwerp. This contract role will focus on modernizing legacy systems, designing scalable Azure solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Azure architecture for a large-scale upgrade project.
Assess existing infrastructure and define optimized migration paths.
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of cloud solutions.
Collaborate with internal IT and vendors to drive technical execution.
Support DevOps enablement and automation (IaC with ARM / Bicep / Terraform).

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect (5+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS / PaaS, networking, identity, and governance.

Experience with manufacturing IT systems is a plus.

Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.
